We used Dean and his company to help prepare our house in Addison to be sold. His team helpsled us paint the whole house as well as redo the stairs going into the basement. We were happy with the first job, and we used him on our next house in Sycamore as well. SECOND JOB: The original quote was to have the rear 3 season room demolished and a 2 story deck put up in its place. As it was not up to code, and it was in terrible shape, we wanted it fixed correctly. We also then asked to have our kitchen redone as the existing one was falling apart. We moved in on June 13th, and they started work on the 16th. They were scheduled for the deck to take 2 and a half weeks, and the kitchen was to be done in about 2 weeks. We also had him recarpet the 3 bedrooms on the forst floor. We also asked if 2 light switches could be wired to turn on the dining room light and one for the downstairs light. He also said he would paint the bathroom and entryway free of charge. The jobs are done and my wife and I are very happy with the work we recieved. Would definitely recommend him to anyone we know who needs quality home repairs.

I contracted with Dean to both paint my cedar siding; remove and replace rotted cedar siding; stain my front door and fix several cracks in my brick. Dean and crew went above and beyond to provide excellent service and a job well done. They paid attention to the very smallest detail on the work and the job was thorough and delivered on time as promised. There were a couple of touch ups that were needed and Dean and crew came out the very next day. Dean is very accessible which is what you want in a contractor and based upon this experience I will use Dean and his crew for other indoor and outdoor projects at my house.
